This Privacy Policy explains what information Propana (“Propana”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this site and the Propana funded trading challenge, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What We Collect
Your public Solana wallet address, when you connect a wallet and sign in. Signing in is a message signature, never a transaction, and we never see or store a private key or seed phrase.
Challenge activity: the account we open for you, the simulated orders you place, fills, positions, equity and rule events. This is what lets us enforce the rules and show you your record.
Payment records: the amount quoted, the Solana transaction signature you paid with, and when it confirmed. These transactions are public on the Solana blockchain by nature.
Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which our hosting and analytics providers log automatically.
How We Use It
To sign you in, open and run your challenge account, verify fee payments on chain, enforce the trading rules, calculate payouts on funded accounts, and prevent abuse such as multi-accounting or market manipulation.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that run the product for us (hosting, database, market data and blockchain infrastructure), when the law requires it, or to protect Propana and its users from fraud or abuse.
Cookies
We set one essential cookie, a signed session token that keeps you signed in for up to seven days. The site may also remember a few display preferences, such as your chosen chart and wallet, in your own browser storage.
Retention
Challenge and payment records are kept so that every pass, breach and payout can be audited later. Sign-in challenges expire within minutes. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.
Your Choices
You can disconnect your wallet or sign out at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information; contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
